LEADNARLINE

Questions, bugs, ideas — email works.

No support queue and no ticket number, because there's no team behind one yet. One developer reads this inbox and replies personally.

A lot of contact pages exist to keep you away from the person who could actually answer — a form that files into a queue, a chatbot that loops back to the same three articles, a "someone will respond within 2 business days" that means never. There's no queue here because there's no team to route a ticket to. It's one person building this, and email reaches that person directly.

That's true whether the question is about an account, a charge you don't recognize, a search that returned something wrong, a generated site that looks broken, or an idea for something the product should do that it doesn't yet. None of those need a category dropdown — just say what's going on. The chips below fill in a subject line if that's easier, but a plain email works exactly as well.

Say what's going on — the more specific, the faster it gets sorted.
