How does search work?
Search a trade and a city — "electricians in Tulsa" — and every result is checked against Google at that moment, not pulled from a stale list someone scraped last year. Each search costs 1 credit; loading another page of results is 1 more. Every result shows whether the business has a working website, a dead one, or none at all, so you can tell at a glance which ones are worth building for.
How does building a site work?
Open a lead and hit Build. The AI writes the entire concept page directly from that business's own public listing — name, hours, location, reviews, photos — nothing invented. It costs 3 credits, and you see a preview before it's charged: nothing is billed until you confirm. The result carries a permanent, unremovable notice that it's an unofficial concept, and is marked so it can never outrank the real business in search.
How do I change something after it's built?
The "Ask AI" panel in Studio is a real conversation, not a fixed list of commands — describe the change in plain English ("add a testimonials section," "make the header darker") and the AI proposes an edit you preview before it's applied. It's billed by actual token usage rather than a flat fee, so a small tweak costs less than a large rewrite. There's also a manual field editor for direct text changes, at a flat 1 credit.
How do I get the site to the business?
Download it as a ZIP that opens by double-clicking index.html — no server, no build step, and it works offline (images are embedded, not linked to an external host). Exporting is free. There's also a free outreach drafter that writes an email from the business's own data and opens it in your own mail client — nothing is ever sent automatically on your behalf.
Can I tell if the business actually opened it?
Every export includes a shareable preview link, and Studio shows how many times that link has been opened — the one signal that's actually observable, since outreach goes out through your own mailbox and open-tracking there isn't possible. You'll see the view count on the site in Studio once someone has looked.
What's the referral program?
Every account has a referral link on the Account page — share it, and when someone signs up through it and becomes a paying customer, you earn 25 credits. There\'s nothing to claim; the credits land automatically.

A credit is one metered action, and the table above is the whole price list: find leads costs 1 credit, build a site costs 3 credits, change a site costs 1 credit. Export & outreach cost nothing. You pay for the work, not the payoff.
Do credits expire or roll over?
Nothing expires on a timer — there is no clock counting down on your balance. What credits do not do is stack: each renewal tops you back up to your plan's monthly allowance rather than adding a second month on top, so a quiet month is not wasted but a balance nobody planned for cannot build up either. One-time top-ups are the exception, and are added on top of whatever you already have.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
They stay, and they stay usable. Cancelling stops the monthly charge and the monthly grant that goes with it; the credits already in your account are untouched and you can keep spending them until they run out. Cancel yourself from the billing portal on your account page — there is no email to write.
Are credits refundable?
Credits come back automatically whenever we fail you: a search that errors, a query we cannot parse, a site generation that falls over, or an edit we cannot act on all return the credit to your balance immediately, and the response says so. What we do not do is buy back unused credits for cash — cancel whenever you like and spend down what you have.
