LEADNARLINE

Terms of Service

Last updated August 15, 2026

01Agreement to terms

By using LeadNarline (leadnarline.com, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02Use license

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the Service and the pages it generates. You may not:

  • Modify or resell the Service's own software or materials
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Service
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices
  • Violate any applicable law while using the Service

The concept sites you generate are yours to use, edit and send — see "Generated content" below for what that license actually covers.

03Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for anything that happens under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, tell us immediately at narlineweb@gmail.com.

04Credits and billing

New accounts get free credits on signup — no card required. Searching, and building a site, cost credits; exporting, editing text manually, and drafting outreach are free. Paid plans are monthly credit allowances, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel; a one-time top-up adds credits without a subscription.

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it doesn't claw back credits you already have. There is no forced trial-to-subscription conversion — if you don't buy more credits, your account simply can't spend past zero.

05Generated content

Every site LeadNarline generates is built only from that business's own public listing (name, hours, location, reviews, photos) — never invented facts. Every generated page carries a permanent, unremovable notice that it's an unofficial concept, not affiliated with or endorsed by the business, and is marked noindex so it can never outrank the real business in search results.

You're responsible for how you use a generated page — sending it to the business it was built for, as intended, is the use case; presenting it as the business's actual, official website is not, and would be your misrepresentation, not the Service's.

06Limitation of liability

LeadNarline isn't liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost data or lost business — to the maximum extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions don't permit this kind of limitation, in which case it applies to you only as far as local law allows.

07Accuracy of materials

Business data comes from the Google Places API and reflects what Google had on file at search time. We don't independently verify it, and it can be out of date or wrong. If a fact about a business changes, that's a Google Places data issue, not something the Service alters.

08External links

The Service links to third-party sites — Google Maps, a business's own site, photo URLs from their listing. We haven't reviewed those sites and aren't responsible for their content. A link isn't an endorsement.

09Modifications to these terms

We may revise these terms; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the current version. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.

11Severability

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is narrowed only as much as needed to make it valid.
