1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LeadNarline (https://leadnarline.vercel.app, "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from LeadNarline for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials without permission
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (except as intended by the Service)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on LeadNarline
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. User Account Responsibility

If you create an account on LeadNarline, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at narlineweb@gmail.com.

4. Subscription and Trial

LeadNarline offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

You agree that we may charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time by updating your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadNarline or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LeadNarline, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on LeadNarline could include technical, typographical, or photographical errors. LeadNarline does not warrant that any of the materials on the site are accurate, complete, or current. LeadNarline may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

Business data is sourced from the Google Places API and is current to the date of your search. LeadNarline is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate business information.

7. External Links

LeadNarline may contain links to third-party websites (Google Maps, business directories, etc.). LeadNarline has not reviewed all of these sites and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by LeadNarline of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. User-Generated Content

Any saved leads, notes, or data you create within LeadNarline are your responsibility. You retain all rights to your content. However, you grant LeadNarline a license to store and process your content in order to provide the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

LeadNarline may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the other provisions will remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.
